At Navkar Gold World, we take care to securely pack and dispatch every order.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Custom-made, personalised, or specially designed jewellery may require additional processing time.

2. SHIPPING

We ship orders to serviceable locations within India through trusted courier and delivery partners.

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Any applicable shipping charges are subject to change based on order value, delivery location, product type, and courier charges.

4. SECURE PACKAGING

Jewellery products are carefully packed to help protect them during transportation.

Customers should check the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please document the condition and contact us as soon as possible.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

Navkar Gold World is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please inspect the package and product after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs and/or an unboxing video.

8. LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order is shown as delivered but has not been received, please contact us promptly so that we can coordinate with the delivery partner and investigate the shipment.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, shipping is available within India only unless otherwise specifically agreed with Navkar Gold World.
